- While playing Badminton I get time to think about my self.
- My brain power is increased as physical exercise delivers a fresh supply of blood and oxygen to the brain.

- I always play badminton because it makes me happy but not to be popular.
ENVIRONMENTAL DIMENSION:
- I play badminton in the park or in the backyard. This game does not require a proper field or pitch, it can be played anywhere you want or feel comfortable.
- Playing badminton in the park makes me feel good since I get to see people communicating with one another, going on walks with their pets and as a result it makes the environment healthy.

- It keeps me safe from different diseases.
- it decreases the level of bad cholesterol and increases the level of good cholesterol in the body.

- Badminton improves my reflexes and it also helps me in my daily life, for instance if someone attacks me I can fight back because of strong reflexes.
